Software built around
the way your business works.

For SaaS/B2B, recruitment & staffing, and delivery partnerships with software houses.

WHO WE HELP

Three situations
we take on.

What gets in the way, and how the work helps. The next step is an estimate.

01

SaaS and B2B companies

The product, client portal, or internal tool still does not match how the company sells and operates. We build that software around the operating model, from discovery through a version people can use.

02

Recruitment & staffing companies

Candidate, vacancy, and client work sits in inboxes, sheets, and tools that do not share one process. We build the workflows and internal tools so the team can move people and roles through a process they can see.

03

Software houses that need a delivery partner

The work in front of the team is larger than the in-house capacity, and it needs to stay inside the house's own process. We join that delivery on a confirmed task, with the role agreed for the task itself.

THE WORK

If this is your
situation, we can help.

Six kinds of work, described by the problem they solve. The next step is an estimate, not a technology list.

01

Product development

When it fits You are launching or growing a SaaS product, a client portal, or an internal tool, and the tools you have tried still do not match how the business actually works.

What the work can include Discovery, architecture, UX/UI, web development, launch, and ongoing development once the first version is in use.

Practical result A product your customers or team can rely on in daily use, shaped around the operating model, with a clear path to keep developing it as the business grows.

02

Business process automation

When it fits Daily work still runs on manual operations, spreadsheets, scattered tools, and processes that stay opaque from one step to the next. People re-enter the same facts because no single system holds the workflow. Handoffs depend on whoever remembers the next step.

What the work can include Process analysis, roles and workflows, internal systems, automation, and reporting.

Practical result Less rework and a clearer view of where each piece of work stands, so the operation runs on the system instead of on memory and inboxes.

03

Recruitment & staffing technology

When it fits You run a recruitment or staffing company, and candidate, vacancy, and client work is split across inboxes, sheets, and tools that do not share one process. The same vacancy can live in three places at once.

What the work can include Portals, candidate and vacancy workflows, matching, assessment, integrations, and internal tools for the people running delivery.

Practical result A system the team can use to move people and roles from first contact through a visible process, with less manual chasing between each step.

04

B2B platforms and marketplaces

When it fits You are building a multi-sided B2B product, a dashboard, or a marketplace or portal where companies need to find one another and then work together. Each side has a different job to do on the platform.

What the work can include Roles, profiles, search, matching, deals, and the operational processes that sit behind them.

Practical result A platform each side can use to move from a listing or a search to a working relationship, with those operations visible to the team that runs it.

05

APIs & integrations

When it fits You need to connect systems you already run, or a product needs a reliable backend before more of the business can depend on it. Someone still copies data between them when the connection is missing.

What the work can include APIs, external integrations, async processes, data import and export, reliability, and observability.

Practical result Data and actions that move between systems without someone retyping them, and a backend the team can trust when a step fails or the volume grows in production.

06

Dedicated engineering partnership

When it fits Your team needs to strengthen delivery over time, rather than ship one isolated feature and then stop. The need is steady capacity for the work already in front of you.

What the work can include A dedicated engineer or a small team for a confirmed task, working inside your own process, and technical input into planning.

Practical result Engineering capacity on work you have already decided to do. A specific role and availability are confirmed only with that task. They are not promised before it.

Additional capabilities. Quality assurance and Shopify work can sit inside a larger engagement when the product needs them. They are not separate offers.

HOW WE WORK

Context first.
Then a plan you can use.

Context, then discovery, then scope and approach, then a delivery plan, then build, launch and improve.

01

Context

We start from the business situation: who is involved, what happens today, and what is getting in the way.

02

Discovery

We examine the problem, the constraints, and what a useful outcome would be.

03

Scope and approach

We propose what is in scope, what is not, and how the work should be shaped.

04

Delivery plan

We agree the practical next step and how the work will be reviewed.

05

Build, launch and improve

We build in reviewable increments, put the result into use, and keep improving it against that use.

ENGAGEMENT MODELS

Three ways to
structure the work.

The model follows the project you describe.

01

Fixed-scope delivery

A defined piece of work, agreed before it starts, and delivered against that scope.

02

Ongoing product development

Continued development after the first release, guided by what the business learns in use.

03

Dedicated engineering support

Engineering support for a confirmed task, working inside your process. What that support covers is agreed for the task itself.

Python · Django · FastAPI · PostgreSQL · Redis · Celery · AWS · APIs & integrations

Technology follows the product and operational needs — not the other way around.

HONEST PROOF

What we can show
before case studies.

There are no client case studies here yet. What we can show is the approach, and the artifacts a discovery produces before a build is agreed.

Selected experience of Yastik's co-founder prior to Yastik

  • Document processing throughput grew from 4 to 27 RPS.
  • Response time cut from 16–19 s to near-instant through async processing.

FAQ

Questions before
the work starts.

How a project starts, what discovery covers, and how an engagement is set up.

How do we start?

You share your goal and current situation. We review the context, ask clarifying questions and propose a practical next step, usually a short discovery.

What does discovery include?

Clarifying goals, users and constraints, reviewing existing systems, and agreeing on scope, approach and a delivery plan.

What engagement models do you offer?

Fixed-scope delivery, ongoing product development, or dedicated engineering support. We'll recommend one based on your situation.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. Ownership of the delivered code and IP is set out in the contract.

Can you work with our existing team and process?

Yes. We can join your tools, rituals and codebase, or run delivery end to end.

How do you communicate across time zones?

We work from Poland (CET) and agree on overlap hours, channels and a regular update rhythm at the start.
